TEAM APPROACH
On October 1, 2003, the DC Division implemented a team-based approach for our office structure. This model was developed to foster increased attention, focus, and communication in support of the office's role of advocating and promoting opportunities to advance key strategic initiatives. It is expected that this teaming model will improve our organizational efficiency, and enhance the sharing of expertise within the Division and with our partners.
LEADERSHIP TEAM
A cross-cutting team that focuses on providing leadership and strategic direction for the Division Office.
ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT TEAM
Focuses on activities supporting the efficient operation of the Division Office.
PROJECT DELIVERY TEAM
Focuses on activities supporting the design and construction of Federal-aid highway projects.
PROGRAM/PROJECT DEVELOPMENT TEAM
Focuses on activities supporting (1) the implementation of programs and initiatives to advance the Vital Few Goals and (2) the planning and development of Federal-aid highway projects.
TECHNICAL SERVICES TEAM
Focuses on delivering technical services and research in support of the needs of Federal-aid highway projects.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT TEAM
Focuses on providing the fiduciary oversight and administrative support necessary to complete the delivery of Federal-aid programs and projects.
