Below are frequently asked questions and answers (Q&As) for the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) regulation, 23 CFR part 650, subpart C. Any reference to “prior regulation” is referring to any version of this regulation, prior to this rulemaking, unless stated otherwise.
