PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT: Establishes the terms and conditions for a Conservation Bank on the east Plum Creek. The conservation bank enhances ongoing habitat conservation planning efforts in the region for the permanent protection of the Preble’s meadow jumping mouse and the habitat upon which it depends.
