SUBJECT: National Cooperative Highway Research Program

PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT: To establish operating procedures between the FHWA, AASHTO and the TRB for the conduct of the NCHRP. Provides the administrative mechanism for the operation of the NCHRP which is administered by the Transportation Research Board.
