PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT: Agreement Number DTFH61-99-X-00063 To establish the framework under which technical and partial financial assistance will be provided by FHWA to the Silica Fume Association (SFA) for research, assessment, documentation, testing and evaluation of concrete containing silica fume for application in pavements and bridges. Specific objectives are outlined within the agreement document.
