TITLE: Interagency Agreement for Project Development for Regionally Significant Projects
SUBJECT: Project development and delivery.

PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT: To work cooperatively together and seamlessly implement USDOT statutes, regulations, guidelines and administrative procedures that pertain to Project Development for regionally significant projects in a manner that embodies the streamlined intermodal approach. This includes planning, environmental review, right of way acquisition, Federal Transit Administration’s New Starts approval process, design and construction.
