SUBJECT: Border Transportation Planning Process

PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT: To emphasize our continued commitment to binational planning and to provide additional focus areas for the Joint Working Committee. This MOU dated October 12, 2000, replaces the April 29, 1994 MOU on the same subject. The JWC was established to coordinate binationally the various planning processes for border transportation activites.
