TITLE: Study of the Assets and Needs of the Delta Region.
SUBJECT: A comprehensive study of transportation assets and needs for all modes of transportation in the 8 states comprising the Delta region (Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee) per section 1923 of SAFETEA-LU.
