Ancillary Structure Inspection Management System (ASIMS)

The purpose of this project is to develop an Ancillary Structure Inspection Management System (ASIMS) for the inventory and inspection of pole mounted highway structural supports including variable message signs (VMS), overhead guide signs, luminaries, high mast lighting and traffic signals. This management system will consist of an enterprise level application (i.e. a multi-tier web application) and a standalone version. This project seeks interested software development firms to develop an ASIMS for these pole mounted highway structural supports hereinafter referred to as ancillary structures and/or assets.
