The Headquarters Office of Civil Rights has received information that some Division Offices are not aware of procedures to follow when processing Title VI and ADA complaints. Please be advised that in a memorandum dated March 22, 2006, this office provided specific procedures outlining actions Division Offices are to take when processing Title VI and ADA complaints (attached). If you have any questions about the complaint process, please contact Ms. Thalia Williams at 202-366-1595 for Title VI complaints and Ms. Rhoda Cannon at 202-366-3384 for ADA complaints.
