5One of four detailed geography types chosen by the State Departments of Transportation for CTPP 2000: census tract (TR), census block group (BG), combined zone (CZ), or traffic analysis zone (TZ). Different detailed geography types may have been chosen in different counties throughout the state. Origins or destinations that fall outside the state will be shown at the state-county-tract level.
6 One of four detailed geography types chosen by the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for each county (county subdivision in New England) making up their MPO Region for Part 3 of CTPP 2000: census tract (TR), census block group (BG), combined zone (CZ), or traffic analysis zone (TZ). Different detailed geography types may have been chosen in different counties within the MPO Region. Origins or destinations that fall outside the MPO's Region will be shown at the state-county-tract level in the dataset for the selected MPO. Some counties may have been designated as belonging to more than one MPO region, with different detailed geography types in each region. Such counties will be included as part of each MPO region, with the appropriate detailed geography type shown in the separate dataset for each MPO region.
