Planning and Right of Way Team The Planning and Right of Way Team provides advice, guidance, and authorization on FHWA – State – local transportation planning and research. The Team coordinates technical, administrative, and authoritative guidance to the State, Metropolitan Planning Organizations, and local officials in the direction and execution of their transportation planning, including development of both short and long range plans. The Team also insures compliance with all provisions of federal law relating to the acquisition of right of way. The Team coordinates with the State Transportation Agency and local Public agencies on all matters relating to real estate issues. |
