From Northeastern Locations (Harford and Cecil Counties, Newark, DE, Philadelphia)

  • Use I-95 South
  • Take exit #53 towards Downtown Baltimore onto I-395 North
  • Continue on S Howard Street - go 0.4 mi
  • Turn left on West Lombard Street
  • Turn right on South Eutaw Street
  • Turn right on West Baltimore Street

From Western Locations (Frederick, Hagerstown, West Virginia)

  • Take I-70 East
  • Merge onto I-695 S/BALTIMORE BELTWAY OUTER LOOP via EXIT 91A toward I-95 S/GLEN BURNIE.
  • Merge onto I-95 N via EXIT 11A toward Baltimore.
  • Merge onto I-395 N via EXIT 53 toward Downtown
  • I-395 N becomes South Howard Street.
  • The City Crescent Building is on the corner of Baltimore and Howard Streets

Directions From the West (Washington and Baltimore)

  • Take US-50 EAST
  • Take US-301 N towards WILMINGTON
  • Make a RIGHT on MD ROUTE 302 (there is a sign for Dover prior to turn) You'll pass through Barclay
  • Proceed approximately 5 miles to Templeville
  • At TEMPLEVILLE, turn RIGHT onto MD ROUTE 454 (follow sign to Dover)
  • Proceed to Marydel (approximately 2-3 miles)
  • At MARYDEL, you'll cross the state line into Delaware (which becomes Route 8)
  • Follow ROUTE 8 into Dover
  • As you approach Dover, you'll see a McDonalds on the right, a Blockbuster Video on the left.
  • Continue on the same road (Route 8)
  • The the road comes to a "Y". Bear RIGHT onto FOREST STREET, which becomes LOOCKERMAN STREET.
  • You will quickly approach QUEEN STREET (stop light).
  • At the QUEEN STREET Stop Light turn RIGHT
  • Next Light, Turn LEFTonto NORTH STREET
  • You'll see the Allen J. Frear Federal Building when you turn (2 story red brick building).
  • Make next RIGHT into the Parking Lot


Directions From the North (Philadelphia etc..)

  • Take I-95 S towards DELAWARE
  • Take EXIT 4 onto DE-1 S (Toll Road)
  • DE-1 S is also US-13 S
  • At Smryna the Road will Split
  • Stay to the LEFT on DE-1 S
  • Take EXIT 95 - US 113 Exit
  • At Traffic Light take RIGHT onto US 113 N
  • At the 4th Traffic Light Turn LEFT onto LOOCKERMAN STREET. (TGI Friday's on the Corner)
  • At the 4th Light, Turn LEFT onto NEW STREET
  • Next Light, Turn RIGHT onto NORTH STREET
  • You'll see the Allen J. Frear Federal Building when you turn (2 story red brick building).
  • Make next LEFT into the Parking Lot
  • Total Cost for Toll - ONE WAY = $1.50
