IA Amish Sawmill Bridge on Dillon Ave. south of 135 Street in Buchanan County The proposed project will replace an existing deficient bridge with a new structure using a bent steel plate girder section supported on Geosynthetic Reinforced Soil (GRS). $350,000 Innovative Bridge Research and Deployment (IBRD) Program
ID I-84 Westbound Lanes over the Union Pacific Railroad & East Lateral Canal This project will rehabilitate the superstructure by replacing the existing deck of a structurally deficient bridge on a heavily traveled Interstate in the Boise metro area. The project uses accelerated bridge construction methods to save time on construction, including prefabricated bridge elements and systems (PBES) that are built off site. The project will be one of the first in Idaho to use this technology. $252,000 Innovative Bridge Research and Deployment (IBRD) Program
LA US 80 / Bayou LaFourche Bridge The project proposes to use the AccelBridge™ full-depth precast deck system—in which the precast deck panels are compressed in its final position--to promote accelerated bridge construction. $400,000 Innovative Bridge Research and Deployment (IBRD) Program
ME Bridgewater Boundary Bridge Replacement The project uses prefabricated bridge elements to shorten the overall construction time. MI US-23 Northbound over I-96 Westbound in Brighton The US-23 / I-96 interchange carries a high volume of traffic and is vital to commerce in Michigan. All components of the proposed bridge will be constructed adjacent to the existing bridge, and either slid or moved into place, minimizing traffic impacts. $400,000 Innovative Bridge Research and Deployment (IBRD) Program
MO Rustic Road Bridge over the North Fork of Grindstone Creek The structurally deficient bridge will be replaced using prefabricated bridge system and Geosynthetic Reinforced Soil (GRS) technology that uses alternative layers of material to prevent uneven settlement between the bridge and approaching roadway. $204,255 Innovative Bridge Research and Deployment (IBRD) Program

KS I-70 at K-7 Interchange Project in Wyandotte County This project will reconstruct the K-7 Interchange at I-70 to reduce traffic congestion, improve access and support future economic development. KY I-71/I-75 Brent Spence Bridge Replacement / Rehabilitation Project This bridge replacement project will reconstruct three Kentucky interchanges, create a new Ohio River crossing and a collector/distributer network along I-71/I-75 in Northern Kentucky, and move the I-71/I-75 split south of the Ohio River into Kentucky. OH I-75 Reconstruction Project in Montgomery County I-75 reconstruction from Fifth Street to Riverview Avenue will improve safety and reduce congestion through the Dayton area. OH I-90 Reconstruction Project from the SR 45 Interchange to the SR 11 Interchange in Ashtabula County This project will rehabilitate the final section of I-90 pavement in Ashtabula County. OR I-5 Columbia River Crossing Project in Portland Grant funding will support preliminary engineering and final design for the Oregon section of this major bridge reconstruction, which includes the portion of I-5 from the Interstate Bridge to Columbia Boulevard within the city of Portland. $3,341,000 Interstate Maintenance Discretionary (IMD) Program

PA I-81 Reconstruction Project in Delano and Kline Townships, Schuylkill County This major reconstruction project includes six bridge preservations, two bridge rehabilitations, and five bridge replacements.
