I-695 Interchange at Dulaney Valley Road, Towson, Maryland Designer: Maryland State Highway Administration, Baltimore, MD Contractor: The Six M Company, Inc., Delta, PA Hunt Valley Contractors, Inc., Owings Mills, MD The new bridge at the interchange was constructed to accommodate additional lanes to I-695. The existing four-span configuration, built in 1957, was replaced with a two-span continuous superstructure. The completed bridge now distinguishes the interchange as the "Gateway to Towson."
