Honorable MentionState Route 9, Bridge Over Crum Elbow Creek This project entailed the rehabilitation of historically and architecturally significant Bridge over Crum Elbow Creek, originally constructed in 1898 by the Vanderbilt family and considered an excellent example of the turn-of-the-century stone masonry arch bridge construction.
