Spectacular views of Taylor's Falls are now safely accessible to visitors from this new scenic overlook
and pedestrian underpass, situated beneath the St. Croix River Bridge along Trunk Highway 8. Multi-level terraces were created to provide views of the river corridor, access to river activities, and to provide areas for community gatherings.
