Trans Guide increases highway safety by reducing congestion and enhancing emergency responses by warning drivers ahead of time of traffic incidents. Trans Guide includes a real-time travel speed data server, a travel tag program, traveler information kiosks, a railroad delay advanced warning system, and "life link" emergency medical services.
