This presentation will inform and update the audience on recent enhancements to the Surface-Water Modeling System, SMS and the Watershed Modeling System, WMS. SMS is pre- and post-processing program for advanced surface water models. In particular, SMS allows the user to efficiently construct networks and data files for two-dimensional finite element models. WMS is a pre- and post-processing program for industry standard hydrologic models. WMS allows the user to automatically delineate drainage basins and compute basin parameters using a variety of terrain data types.
