Revisions to HEC-18, HEC-20, AND HEC-23

New editions of these three FHWA Hydraulic Engineering Circulars were published in early 2001. All three manuals have been reorganized and have had significant revisions and addition of new material. The use of these manuals as a set in a comprehensive stream stability and bridge scour analysis will be outlined and major revisions and additions will be highlighted. In addition, significant revisions to the NHI course(s) to teach the material in these manuals are planned and will be outlined.
