Bridge Hydraulics Software

The Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center J. Sterling Jones Hydraulics Research Laboratory conducts software development, testing, and application at specific sites to understand, predict, and reduce scour.  The laboratory can apply applications such as WSPRO (1-D) and FEWSMS (2-D) to assist State transportation departments in evaluating bridge scour at specific sites.  Information on these 1-D and 2-D models is available from FHWA's Hydraulics Engineering Software Reference List page.
