Request for Applications: Air Quality and Congestion Mitigation Measure Outcomes Assessment Study

The U.S. Department of Transportation intends to conduct a research effort entitled "Air Quality and Congestion Mitigation Measure Outcomes Assessment Study." The objective of this study is to better understand the outcomes of actions funded under the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program (CMAQ) since the enactment of Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU, Public Law 109-59).
