Oxygenated Fuels All of Minnesota, and a few counties in other states: southern Arizona, northern Colorado, western Oregon, Eastern Washington, and Western Montana.
CA CBG All of California not using RFG/CA CBG
RFG/CBG Central California, and the LA/San Diego region
AZ CBG Central Arizona
Oxy Fuels/7.8 RVP Small areas in northwestern Oregon, western Nevada and central Utah, and the Denver area
Oxy Fuels/7.0 RVP El Paso, Texas region
RFG with ethanol Chicago region including parts of Indiana and Wisconsin, New York, and all of Connecticut
NV CBG Las Vegas Area
7.2 RVP Southern Illinois
7.0 RVP Kansas City area and parts of Alabama
7.8 RVP, MTBE-No Increase Eastern Texas
7.8 RVP Small areas around Seattle, Miami, New Orleans, Pittsburgh, Salt Lake City, Oklahoma City, and Detroit as well as other areas in Maine, Indiana, Tennessee, North Carolina, Louisiana, and Florida.
