CMAQ Project Tracking System User's Guide

8. Search: Project Search

To search for a project, select the Search tab from the main menu. A project search form appears, which allows you to select projects based on the criteria entered. After entering the search criteria for the project, click the Get Projects button.

You can run a search on a variety of different parameters, including: Project year, CMAQ Project ID, one of the optional IDs, the MPO (if you are a State or Division user), the nonattainment area, etc. Alternatively, you can search for projects based on a range of air quality benefits. If you are searching using part of the project title, put an asterisk ( * ) directly after the word, and the system will search for titles that contain those words.

After entering the search criteria and hitting Get Projects, this is what you get. You can click on CMAQ Project IDs to view project details, however, data cannot be edited using the search tab.

The Project Year can be set to "ALL". If you run this type of search, on the Project Selection Screen multiple years of the same project (according to CMAQ Project ID) will be grouped together.
