EPA's Technology Transfer Network (TTN) website contains many EPA-approved project level analysis methodologies and model updates as part of the Support Center for Regulatory Air Models (SCRAM) including project level modeling guidance such as CALINE3 and urban airshed modeling (UAM) guidance.
EPA's 1997 Federal Register version of Appendix W (40 CFR Part 51) "Guidance on Air Quality Models" may also be found on the TTN SCRAM website - PDF - 420 KB. The TTN website is maintained by EPA as a source of information on atmospheric dispersion (air quality) models that support regulatory programs required under the Clean Air Act. Documentation and guidance for computer models are a major feature of this website and includes the computer code, data and technical documents for the mathematical modeling for the dispersion of air pollutants.
