Mr. Hall has shown outstanding commitment, leadership, creativity, and initiative in promoting the use of native plantings to enhance roadside beauty. Through his efforts, the Idaho Transportation Department developed a brochure providing travelers with information on the Wildflower Program. His effort and enthusiasm are apparent in the outstanding individual work he did in providing signage and wildflower seeds for sites along Idaho's roadways. This award acknowledges Mr. Hall's outstanding initiative and his ability to resolve resource issues in an effort to promote outstanding environmental enhancements for the traveling public.
