With his initiative in developing educational materials and literature, promoting and implementing new programs, and encouraging involvement in organizations and activities, Mr. Irwin exemplifies dedication to environmental initiatives and global outreach. This award recognizes his distinguished career of leadership in managing Florida Department of Transportation's environmental program.
