Noise Effect on Wildlife


We would like to express our appreciation for the support of the Federal Highway Administration in the completion of this report. In particular Paul Garrett, the technical representative for this project, for his suggestions and information and Frank Waltos, agreement officer, for providing initial feedback on the structure of the proposal.
