Overall Funding Increase of 35% over TEA-21:

• Adds new Recreational Roads Program at $50 m/yr
• Adds new Safety Program at $40 m/yr
• Parks Road and Parkways up 90% to $300-$320 m/yr
• Indian Reservation Roads up 23% to $330 m/yr
• Forest Highways up 15% to $200 m/yr
• Refuge Roads up 50% to $30 m/yr
• Discontinues Public Lands Discretionary Program
