Proposed Changes:

  • Refuge Roads eligibility expanded to include signs, maintenance, and trail improvements.

  • Adds a Section 4(f) exemption for refuge road projects.

  • Modifies dates for IRR regulations and formula, and links tribal plan to tribal contracts and agreements.

  • No significant changes to Forest Highways or Parks Roads and Parkways Programs.
