New Transit Proposals
- Donations and Credits (Sec. 1810)
- Amends 23 U.S.C. 323 to allow the value of donated services provided by local government employees to be credited to the non-Federal share
- Historic Bridges (Sec. 1812)
- Amends 23 U.S.C. 144(o)(4) to:
- Allow use of Bridge Program funds for preservation up to 200% the cost of demolition (instead of 100%)
