New Transit Proposals

  • Donations and Credits (Sec. 1810)
    • Amends 23 U.S.C. 323 to allow the value of donated services provided by local government employees to be credited to the non-Federal share
  • Historic Bridges (Sec. 1812)
    • Amends 23 U.S.C. 144(o)(4) to:
      1. Allow use of Bridge Program funds for preservation up to 200% the cost of demolition (instead of 100%)
      2. Remove limit on other Federal-aid highway funds
