Transportation Enhancements

  • No program changes proposed
  • Retains existing 12 eligible categories
  • Remains 10% of STP (including minimum guarantee and RABA distributed to STP)
  • TE funds estimated to be approximately 9% less:
    • Lower total STP authorizations vs. TEA-21
    • RABA included in TEA-21 set-aside; amount unknown for SAFETEA
    • Final amount for TE dependent on actual amounts of MG and RABA distributed to STP
