After "acquisition of scenic easements and historic sites," add "including historic battlefields"
After "scenic or historic programs (including the provision of tourist and welcome center facilities" add "and statewide network inventories of historic roads, road resources and road networks)"
After "historic preservation," add "including but not limited to activities associated with heritage areas, historic byways, corridors and trails, the Underground Railroad, and other transportation related episodes in American history"

They are not intended to add new eligible activities to the existing list of 12 enhancement activities. They are illustrations or clarifications of activities that are already eligible for funding under the activities they amend.
