Bikes at STAM
If there are riders out there that are interested, I have six bikes available to use. I have sizes that range from 14" to 21" and are in excellent working condition. I will make these available on a first come basis each day...so bring your gear and peddles (if you don't want to use flats).
If you end up bringing your bike I have plenty of secure space at the trail crew headquarters if you want to keep it there. If you have any questions about biking please contact me directly.
If it hasn't been mentioned, we have 15 miles of excellent flowly single track within easy reach of town (in White Clay Creek State Park). If that is not enough for you we can shuttle you five miles to an additional 30 or so.

If you call Marriott's 800 number, you may be told that rooms for the 2005 STAM are booked. This is not correct. Marriott central reservations has been asked to correct this. If this continues, please let us know.
We recommend that you call the Courtyard Marriott in Newark, DE directly at 302-737-0900. Be sure to tell reservations you are with the State Trail Administrator's group. Some folks are saying they are with Trail Blazers. Delaware has instructed Courtyard NOT to take reservations from anyone identifying themselves as Trail Blazers.
