Paul Jodoin is the Traffic Incident Management Program Manager for the Federal Highway Administration based in Washington DC. Jodoin ended a 38-year career with the Massachusetts DOT prior to starting his current position in July of 2009. Jodoin was the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Program, Operations Manager for the last 12 years of his career and was responsible for management of the Traffic Operations Center, Traffic Incident Management Program, Service Patrol Operations and State Emergency Operations Center.
