- Kevin is part of the Student Career Experience Program with an emphasis in Finance. The purpose of this program is for the intern to gain experience in the overall operations of an FHWA Division Office. He works closely with the Finance Team to gain experience in Federal laws and regulations, financial stewardship, conducting reviews, internal controls and the Federal Highway Trust Fund.
