Responsible for providing technical assistance on issues relating to transportation management and system operations in order to relieve congestion and improve mobility in the Chicago Metropolitan Area including the application of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Works out of the Chicago Metro Office which is co-located with the Federal Transit Administration in the City of Chicago.
