Responsible for providing financial advise to the State on Federal-State highway program. Conducts financial management improvement reviews such as processes to improve the use of Federal funds. Assists with General Operating Expenses/Travel budget, serves as backup for Fiscal Information Management System/Departmental Accounting and Financial Information System/RASPS, video conference coordinator, and User Profile and Access Control System (UPACS) administrator.
