| Responsible for leading a team of engineers and specialists who administer the Planning, Air Quality, Environment and Right-of-Way programs. Oversees the metropolitan planning activities in the Bloomington-Normal, Decatur, and Springfield metropolitan areas. Also has oversight of the Transportation, Community, and System Preservation (TCSP), the National Corridor Planning and Development (NCPD), the Ferry Boat Discretionary (FBD) and the Public Land Highways Discretionary (PLHD) programs. |
