Our Performance

We continue to follow a philosophy of, "What gets measured, gets done." by focusing our efforts on what is important to our customer, and what improves transportation for our region and the Nation.

The Division has developed its annual performance plan for PY 2013. A copy of the PY 2013 Performance Plan is available upon request. Please e-mail or call Laura Britton at the Indiana Division Office: (317) 226-5323.

Senior management and team leaders are using performance measures that they developed for the Division to track our performance. Staff from each team was instructed to identify tasks and activities that would improve these measures, or support key processes during the development phase of the Report. Discussions between team leaders and staff focused on maintaining an appropriate priority and balance to the Division's efforts. Finally, resources were identified to support each task to enable activities to be accomplished.
