Our Performance

Senior management and team leaders are using performance measures that they developed for the Division's "Key Business Processes" to track our performance. Staff from each team was instructed to identify tasks and activities that would improve these measures, or support key processes during the development phase of the Plan. Discussions between team leaders and staff focused on maintaining an appropriate priority and balance to the Division's efforts. Finally, resources were identified to support each task to enable activities to be accomplished.
