Create a project without candidates.
- In the Project Planning module, click the Projects radio button.
- In the Projects list, click Refresh.
- Click New Project. A new project will be initialized.
- Click the Overview tab.
- For Name, enter Training User Project.
- For Program, select TIP 2002-2005.
- For Program year, enter 2005.
- For Action Type, select 11 Replace.
- For Status, select 0 Proposed.
- For Scenario Treatment, select 3 Compete.
- Click the Work Items tab.
- Click Add Work Item. A new work item will appear.
- For Bridge ID, enter 1008 [space] 221.
- For Type of Work, select Bridge.
- For Year, enter 2005.
- For Action, select 11-Replace.
- For Cost ($), enter: 2,000,000, and then check Lock.
- For Benefit ($), enter 2,500,000, and then check Lock.
- For Priority, select 0 High.
- For Status, select 2 Uncompleted.
- Click Close. The Training User Project will be added to the list.
