According to an account by Nan Robertson in The New York Times, "Mrs. Johnson took color movies of Mrs. Robert F. McNamara while the Defense Secretary's wife snapped the First Lady in black and white." (The reporter wearing a print dress and taking notes may be Ms. Robertson.)
