Assemble your tool box - Approve Job Information, Essentials, Forms and References

Just as a carpenter does not go to the job without his tools, the same goes for the Pile Inspector. There are certain "tools" that you need to do your job properly. Without some of these, you really can't do your job.

Forms

Daily Report of Construction: The Daily Report of Construction is a standard form used on most projects.

Pile Driving Record: The Pile Driving Record is unique to pile driving.

The Pile Driving Record is a bound book and the official record for the driving of piles. Typically there is sufficient space for the recording of approximately 40 piles in a book. If you had a project with 200 piles, you might have five books.

When opened, the book, in addition to graph pages for drawing, etc., is set up with the project and pile information on the left hand page and the right hand facing page is for recording the pile driving information.
