Description The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) intends to accelerate the full implementation of High Friction Surface Treatments (HFST) within each of MoDOT’s seven districts. The projects will provide a valuable opportunity to promote HSFT to district staff and local agencies, in effect accelerating implementation across the State, as appropriate, in safety-critical locations.
