Description This project will construct High-Friction Surfacing Treatment (HFST) at multiple locations in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. The three locations — I-40 westbound near SE 29th Street; I-40 westbound near Town Center Drive; and I-44 westbound over Airport Road — were selected to improve safety with this long-lasting pavement treatment.
