Description The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and the Town of Vienna intend to design and construct a mini-roundabout at the existing intersection of Park and Locust Streets SE. This is a single and complete project and the first conforming mini-roundabout for the Town and for the state of Virginia. The objective of installing a mini-roundabout is to increase capacity of the intersection, reduce queues and delays and make it a safer intersection for all users.
