The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA)'s Office of Innovative Program Delivery (IPD) compiled Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) throughout the development and testing of the P3-VALUE analytical tools. These FAQs supplement the four tool-specific user guides in providing technical assistance to tool users and are organized by category.
