TIFIA Loan Term Sheet and Agreement

Sample templates are available for the TIFIA Loan Term Sheet and Loan Agreement. The term sheet is a contractual agreement between the USDOT and the borrower setting forth certain business terms and conditions that must be met prior to execution of the credit agreement. The credit agreement is the definitive agreement between the USDOT and the borrower (and the guaranteed lender, if applicable), specifying all terms and conditions and authorizing the disbursement of TIFIA credit assistance to the project.
