
This Program Guide (PDF), written for prospective TIFIA applicants, describes how the Department of Transportation administers the TIFIA program.
The USDOT previously updated the Program Guide to reflect the reauthorization legislation under SAFETEA-LU (Public Law 109-59). Updates to the current Program Guide reflect recent programmatic changes.
